Once the type of fertility treatment, and any additional treatments, have been agreed on, the consent case can be updated.
- Firstly, enter the cases section, find the required case and click into the case (pointed to by the red arrow)
- In order to assign treatment, the pre-consultation stage needs to be complete (red box around these sections)
- Once you have entered the required case, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the assign treatment button
- The final stage is to make sure the leading doctor is correct, set and appointment date and then fill in the treatment details
- It is required that you fill in the type of treatment, the source of eggs and state of eggs and the source of of sperm and state of sperm
- Once all of these fields have been filled in, click the next button
- Once you have clicked the next button, the treatment has been assigned
