What happens when a patient arrives in the clinic to sign their forms?
- Click into the relevant case.
- Check all sections and forms have been completed and understood by both the patient and the partner.
- If there are any errors in the information entered by the patient, this is the time to rectify them.
- Click the "unlock signing in clinic" button to allow the patient and partner to sign.
- This will unlock the in clinic signing for 30 minutes.
- If the "unlock signing in clinic" button is not clicked the patient will not be able to sign their forms. When the patient attempts to login to sign, a message will appear saying "treatment case is locked".
- The in clinic signing time limit can be extended by clicking the "extend signing in clinic" button.
- Once the patient has completed filling out their patient information and signed the HFEA forms, the sections will turn green as seen above.
