Finding Cases
There are three ways in which you can locate a case;
- The first way is to scroll down the cases section of the platform and look for the case no. of the case you are looking for.
- The second way is to scroll down the homepage to where the calendar is located, select 'all doctors' and the cases will appear on the relevant dates on the calendar.
- The third way is to type the case no. of the case you are looking for into the search bar at the top right of the page and then click the case you wish to view.
Filters
- There are three ways in which you can filter the cases. The cases can be filtered by stage, status and or treatment type. The filters can be used to narrow down the number of cases that appear in the current cases section by specifying a particular part of a case. For example you can filter to only allow cases at the pre-consultation stage to be shown.
