If the forms are being re-issued within a current case and the patient/partner has already watched and acknowledged the videos - then no.

However, for repeat cycles the videos are made available again for good practice, but the patient/partner can choose just to acknowledge without viewing. This shows the clinic made the information available again, but it was the patient /partner who chose not to watch again.
