The content of the SMS reminders can be decided by clinic staff (up to 160 characters).
For example:
5 days before the next appointment
SMS 1: If YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, please complete your consent modules. Please ignore this reminder if you have already completed your material Thank you
2 days before the next appointment
SMS 2: If YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, please complete your consent forms. It is VERY IMPORTANT they are completed before your appointment. Thank you
