When editing a case, the warning message “Patient IDs cannot be changed once it has been started by patient/partner” has been added to prevent the number being changed once a patient has started their consent process.


What to do if the patient ID is wrong

  • Any completed forms and uploaded Identity documents will have the incorrect ID so wont be of much use.
  • The best course of action is to delete the case and create a new one with the correct ID numbers
