There are times a patient will have two consent cases active at the same time, e.g. a treatment cycle and a storage renewal. So how do they know which case is which?
- The patient logins in via the clinic url as usual, and both active cases appear on the left-hand panel:
By clicking on each one the patient can toggle between them.
